Established in 2009, RIPPED HIPPO LTD has been created by husband and wife team Darren & Mikala Beer, Originally from South Devon and they are now situated in Somerset. The RIPPED HIPPO team have always had a passion for the surf culture and life style associated with it! The name ‘RIPPED HIPPO’ is a combination of an affectionate name for Darren, ‘Hippodaz’, and a desire to incorporate the athleticism needed for surfing and the rip of the surf its self! RIPPED HIPPO LTD is primarily a surf brand which offers a wide range of Urban Skinwear from traditional T-Shirts, slim fit T’s and vest’s through to specialist hoodie’s and zipped hoddie’s that have a unique MP3 / IPOD hidden pocket giving RIPPED HIPPO a market edge. Incorporated under the RIPPED HIPPO brand is also the female range ‘PURE’, as well as a junior range ‘HIP RIPPO’ for children and young adults!
